All sales are final for our customized products. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a print error caused by our negligence (such as lines in a banner & ETC) or a cutting error (such as stickers not lifting off the paper & ETC). 

If you believe there was an error with your order, we kindly ask for images to assess the situation and determine responsibility. If we find that a refund is warranted, we will provide a return shipping label for the item(s) in question, and once we receive it, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
